The more they know about the threat, the better. Iron Man told Spidey to take the Vision and leave, so it's not like they were planning on sharing what they knew with SHIELD.
If she didn't have a telepath on call, she would have guaranteed that she didn't get any information. Even if she did she was taking the risk that maybe Spidey didn't know anything useful anyway; Spidey had psychic defenses (he does, although not powerful enough this time),
If they didn't have any telepaths, they wouldn't have found out that Spidey knew something about a "House of M" in the first place.
