The Annual had enough pages left that bluefall hadn't used to fit into the guidelines.
Ah, shit, I'm kinda hogging all the Wondy love under the new rules, aren't I? >.>
The thing I've always found interesting about Psycho is, in the end, as perverse and warped and horrifying as he is, as unsettling as it is to contemplate a human psychic so powerful he can mess with a god running around with that kind of sadistic worldview, he's still just a distraction. He's always someone else's weapon when you finally peel all the layers back - Circe's, Cale's, the Society's, he's always serving someone else's master agenda. I really like that about him, that he's not a mastermind, that there's something fundamentally banal about him, an evil without purpose or ambition beyond its own satisfaction. Circe's hatred, Cheetah's greed and curiosity and pain, Swan's jealousy, they're all understandable, they're all at least about something. Psycho just likes to destroy people in the cruelest way possible because it's fun. That's an extra layer of deeply creepy.
