Whoops, I think you're right. I definitely didn't notice the same "BOOMSHUH" music/sound effect from the bunker monitoring the plane. Though if Victor is accidentally responsible for Old Lace's death...that's some major ouch, especially considering his talk with Chase the Pessimist.
