I definitely understand your position on that and why you would be tired of this scenario and why this comic frustrates you.

My point isn't so much about how Jason's death affected Bruce, but how it affected Jason's own story. Bruce's big thing is that his parents are dead. Jason's big thing is that he had a crappy childhood, became Robin, then died. Being brought back to life didn't change the "literary legitimacy of his brokenness," as you put it upthread. That being said, there are plenty of arguments to be made about Jason's characterization post-resurrection which may or may not support that, I know.
Anyway, point is, Jason coming back to life doesn't change the tragedy of his life or make it any less tragic. Annnd I am rapidly losing brainpower and will have to pass out soon. This has been fun, though. =)
