This woman was having tea and chatting with her friend and, when she turned around in the middle of the conversation, Susan was gone from the room without a trace. The woman must have been concerned, and perhaps worried about her own sanity. Shoving your way through a crowd, knocking at least three people to the ground without their possibly knowing what was happening, also seems a bit uncalled for.
