Greetings True Believers! I have another entry for the One Perfect Moment week. This one is about Norman Osborn. Norman is a lot of things, super-villain, business leader, player on the world stage, father, Avenger/Thunderbolt, scientist, liar, schemer, abuser, superhuman. Probably a lot of other things too. But these scans from Spider-Man's Tangled Web #13 show what Norman truly is beneath all other labels and masks...
In this issue we find the Vulture and Kraven (the third one) sitting at a villain bar bitching about Spider-Man. (Think "Almost Got'em" from Batman: TAS) There is a third member of their party, who sits through their stories, commenting on them and gently teasing the two men. He's polite, tips well and is unknown throughout most of the issue. Finally the two ask this gentleman what's his deal with Spider-Man and how come the Webslinger treats him differently. The man thinks about it and answers....
