Supergirl:Cosmic Adventures #6
I just realised we didn't have a post for the last issue , this must be rectified (its been months!). A paperback will be available in December, its up for pre-order on Amazon now.

Previously in the 8th Grade

Lena Luthor has remembered Kara is Supergirl and the school is split between her army of students in power suits and Belinda Zee's bizarros.

Like all maniacal villains Mxy tells Supergirl his motives and plans through the medium of cinema. He manipulated the rocket to set off and send her to Earth and posed as her mother on her viewer which is really a device to capture teen angst and suffering. Because kara is too sunshiny he decides to use it on Belinda. He intends to use the power to break down the 3rd dimension into a singular point. Mxy heads to get a better view of the multiverse as his plan comes into place.

Mxy gets all scared by krona!Supergirl he runs back home but all the other 5th dimensionals banish him to the 1st dimension. He took the joke too far!

Supergirl returns to the third dimension and Superman is ready to throwdown with Lex when Kara tells them Lena is hurt. Lex is able to save her but she has chosen her friendship with Kara over him which gives him more ammo for hate!

need more incentive to buy the trade? well in this issue alone keep an eye out for bat-mite, fire wings and the line 'beware the red skies'. This issue makes you laugh and feel for lex luthor. If this doesn't make you love Supergirl there is no hope for you.

	the current supergirl has hope, we've yet to see her personality quirks now she's free of the kryptonite poisoning. I can't wait for her annual for that. I'd rather just get a sequel to this story and for that we have to pester the editor of Johnny DC. Remember to harrass the booth at any convention! (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Ah, good - I'm glad there was a happy ending. There were points during my perusal of this series where I just went 'oh, come ON - can't there be ANY un-angsty moments?' But if Mxy was actually manipulating the situating to make it the most angsty possible, then that makes sense. This is an unusually patient scheme for him, though - he's usually more of the impulsive type. (Reply to this)
