Some swiping in the art there. The panel with Diogenes on the phone looks like it was cut and pasted (not in computer sense, with scissors and real paste) from a Shelley Moldoff page-- and he swiped enough from Alex Raymond that Raymond could almost have claimed him on his income tax as a dependent. There was a lot of that in the Golden Age; you could collect a dozen samples of the same Alex Raymond or Caniff or Foster panel turning up with different costumes drawn on the characters.
