Here's another Cheetah story, from Wonder Woman #6, 1943.
Several female athletes have been chosen to go to Paradise Island for Amazon training. Priscilla Rich ties up one of the girls and takes her place.
The blonde in the red is the Cheetah. She's trying to figure out the Amazons' secret weakness.
The Cheetah, it seems, has brought a typewriter to Paradise Island.
Without her girdle, Hippolyte can't fight the Cheetah effectively, but Wonder Woman does better:
A couple of panels later Wonder Woman snatches the girdle and the Cheetah is defeated.
