Ah, more of my favoritest ever. You know, one reason I think he's appealing is that he's basically the supervillain just about every kind of assistant or lower-level worker, anywhere, fantasizes about being about twenty times a day. Time travel, world conquest, and then at the end it's like it never was. Degaton is the ULTIMATE disgruntled employee. (And thing is, Prof. Zee was kind of a prick)

Per Degaton gives an entirely new and quite literal meaning to the word "loopy."

Agreed. He never is able to remember that he is his own worst enemy. With all that cool tech. at his disposal...he's a total nutjob !
