Sorry, calling shenanigans right there. He's not bringing anyone to Law. He can't because his very existence abrogates and makes a mockery of law. He brings people to Justice only the justice is not his but that of the state which justhappens to include a legal process because it's an easier compromise to make. If he just felt that policing needed help, then he could just become a cop. No, what he does is ignore and break every single law that's inconvenient without compunction or remorse.
Batman started out as a killer of the guilty as much as a defender of the innocent. Then he was reduced to a passive participant in the process of karmic retribution, unwilling to take the moral and ethical responsibility for ending a life but content to stand idle as the guilty fell afoul of their doom. And now he actively rescues unrepentant sadistic mass murders like Blackmask from their enemies.
