Well, Incitement then (though in a universe full of sanctioned extra-judicial vigilantes just how far the courts might be willing to extend the definition of entrapment is unknown). By her own admission she was inciting him to assault her by getting into his head.
If I was a DA supporting something like the Keene Act or otherise minded to stomp out vigilantism, I'd sure as hell charge her. Not just with Murder One, but also Reckless Endangerment Causing Death and Obstruction of Justice.
She wasn't in the wrong place at the wrong time, she was exactly where she wanted to be and when she wanted to be. She was depending on his attacking her, and doing so in a manner that would allow her to kill him. She wasn't armed against the possibility she might be attacked, she was armed hoping a very certain someone would do so.
