Defenestration: It's good times
There was a call for Batroc pushing Monty out a window and I am here to answer it.

Some context for the weak: During this arc, Deadpool is being wooed by interdimensional firm LL&L to help bring in a creature they believe to be the savior of the world. Dixon, the guy in charge, is against Deadpool's involvement and intentionally lays it on too thick to freak him out. Deadpool blows the joint, but not before Monty, a precog who is also involved with the project, does some unauthorized fortune-telling in a last-ditch effort to convince him to take on the responsibility. His somewhat cryptic words don't keep Deadpool from leaving, but they do help Deadpool fix his problems with Blind Al.

Other stuff happens afterward, but it is this that brings us to issue twenty: Out of gratitude, Deadpool has decided to abduct Monty for a field trip. Of course, grateful or not, Deadpool is still Deapool and he takes his psychic buddy to Monte Carlo. Monty, with a sombrero, poncho and a scooter stolen from an old lady with a bum hip, becomes a seamstress named Consuela; Deadpool, with his image inducer, much more convincingly becomes her benefactor, Armando Khan. I bet you couldn't tell that Deadpool wrote their cover story. Anyway, even though Monty is unamused by Deadpool's shenanigans and grumbles about the gross misuse of his gifts, he goes along with the scheme and Deadpool breaks every bank he hits at the casino.

His is not, however, the only winning streak. The other big winner likes to talk big and this proves to be too much for Deadpool to resist.

Deadpool and Monty bond a little and make good use of the suite they won.

Monty is okay and has even had his outlook on life brightened by his near-death experience, but Deadpool sees no reason why that should stand in the way of his penchant for vengeance.

Batroc is okay except for two broken legs. He's carted off in a wheelchair, insisting to the hotel manager that he is not a cripple, he is just temporarily handicapped-- and he will be back. Monty predicts many a cold bedpan in Batroc's future, and a sixty percent chance of rash breaking out under the casts.
