Oh man, this is off the top of my head; but I imagine her like an alternate reality Femme!batman where her parents hadn't died yet.
Or more accurately, become an evil gotham villainess whose alter ego is hanging out with the city's in-crowd. Hunting young men and using them just like what Art McDouchebag had done to her perviously all these years...

Maybe by freezing them and keep them in a harem of horror or something.
