Well, sure, but Moreland was around before the serial killings started. Everything about his introduction and first arc was "good cop whose principles will be tested by being forced to pursue Selina/who will put Selina's identity at risk with his dedication." Then suddenly a year later, out of nowhere, it's "he's the Headhunter, and he's insane and wants to kill her!" Lolwhut?
