This story created Many, many problems for me. Why bring back the Earth 2 Batman ? Suddenly now we are back to Wildcat and other recalling the precrisis world and its replaced characters. Mind you it is later revealed this is totally different from Earth 22 ( which seems to be the old earth 2 except they have their own Powergirl). Also, what earth is the main DC universe functioning on ? What is the designation ?

	The main DCU is called New Earth, and is apparently not the same as Earth-1. Isn't this the issue where Courtney's intact hymen somehow prevents the ghosts from harming her? (Reply to this) (Thread)

Everything from Pre-Crisis has existed. The only real thing left of the Pre-Crisis universe were its survivors and that it's ghosts as shown in this story exist in some kind of afterlife apparently interplaying with the current continuity deceased as well.

Earth-2.1 as i will call it has it's own thing going on. This was the Pre-Crisis E-2 Batman but the new Earth 2.1 has it's own dead Batman as well.

New Earth is considered Earth/Universe 0 now.

	They established in The Spectre fairly soon after Crisis ended that all the people wiped out with the multiverse still existed as souls in the afterlife. And since it was God referring to them, I guess we can take it as pretty solid info. (Reply to this) (Parent)
