I don't get all these people talking about how hideous the art is. I mean, sure, it's none too great, but I think you are missing the point, people. THE X-MEN ARE FINALLY HAVING FUN! They're cuttin' loose and enjoying themselves, going out in public without being hated and scorned, for what just might be one of the first times during their existence as a team. I mean, sure, it kinda gets punctured at the end there with the crazy anti-mutant guy, but hey - this is the Marvel Universe; it's par for the course. They'll get over it.
