Well, that was her Queen of Hell getup - presumably Dalkriig-hath's favored choice of lingerie for his wives or whatever. Perhaps he took back over the domain he lost to Belyllioth during the REIGN IN HELL upheavals or some shit and has absconded with Artemis in revenge.
