Why is the guy with the mohawk blacked out? Does Marvel actually have any sword wielding mohawk wearing villains that people care about?

I think it's supposed to be Ares; or at least, that's what we're supposed to think.

It's most likely Ares. And it looks like he's using the sword that was featured in Marvel's FCBD Avengers book.
