I've always imagined Wayne Tower as the hub of Wayne Enterprises with the penthouse on top as Bruce's (and now Dick/Damien's) personal residence. Of course Bruce could afford to put a swimming pool at the top but I never imagined there was some club at the Wayne Tower pool (or other residential tenants of the building who had access to it). Unless its a recent development when Dick took over (which is what weeks ago DC-time?) I can't see Bruce, with all his paranoia, having other residents near even his penthouse home.
I don't see (barring comic book science) how Kitrina could be Helena Kyle. I thought her having the same eyes as Selina was an allusion to Loeb's suggestion that Selina was an illegitimate Falcone himself. Helena's birth is distinctly tied to the OYL storyline and DC is already back-pedaling from that (for instance both Stargirl and Supergirl have been de-aged in their respective books to what they were previous to OYL despite the fact one year has supposedly passed). Since Helena has not been ret-conned out yet (she appeared in a panel of Dini's GCS) I expect she should be still a toddler. And yes, no way Bruce lets the Falcones near her. Since Selina didn't even bother to look at/meet Helena's adoptive parents, I expect when they do the ret-con to have her be his daughter (and does ANYONE doubt at some point DC will?) we will find out he put her with a family on his payroll where he can keep a perpetual eye on her.
My point about the Sam/Dick comparison is that Selina does have sexual tension with Dick (as she does with most people) yet unless DC writers are on drugs (and with Grant Morrison who knows about that) the comics will never go there. It would be all kinds of wrong and out of character for Selina (who outside of Bruce and the Italian Guy in Loeb's When in Rome usually favors older men like Wildcat and Slam).
Yet we are still supposed to be believe that a non-drunk Selina was attracted to Sam Bradley Jr. (which we saw no sign of ever) to have a one-night stand with him, apparently without protection, despite the fact that she had been once been lovers with his father, Slam, who she knew to still be in love with her and who was also one of her closest friends and only allies in Gotham. We're supposed to believe Selina would do that to Slam, just so Will Pfeiffer could provide us with a baby-daddy for the OYL Editorial gimmick, "Catwoman's Baby", who would not be Batman's kid (despite the fact that baby's name is obviously a homage to the Earth-2 Helena Wayne) but who would be the child of a Z-list character who would be dead and out of the way even before the baby is born? That is just lame and as time passes, makes less and less sense.
