On your point #1, I'm all for it. It makes sense to me for them to have a longer history with each other than just post NML. I thought Brubaker also alluded to it in one of his issues: Bruce was asking Selina to go with him to some ball and he says "You and I always did cut quite a rug" (or something like that). I read that to mean they had dated before as Bruce/Selina.
On your point #2, it did seem strange that they were having this conversation in public, but what actually struck me as even stranger was having all these people on the rooftop of Wayne Tower. I'm not steeped in bat history so I could be wrong. Isn't it supposed to be an office building? It looked like it was a Trump Tower residential condo or even a hotel.
As for Selina/Dick. I very much like that the tension we see here is not romantic in nature (thankfully no Sam/Slam vibes here). I thought Selina's reaction to Dick's rather presumptious "I could use your help" was very much in character as well. I'm really happy Tony Daniel chose to include her in this story because I prefer reading her interactions with the rest of the Batclan over that stuff in GCS. I hope to see an Alfred/Selina and Oracle/Selina moment as well from Tony Daniel.
As for this Kitrina character, I don't want her revealed to be this rapidly aged Helena Kyle as speculated by some posters in other forums. That would just be stupid on many counts. 1) She was a toddler when we last saw her and it hasn't that been long ago 2) Surely Bruce would pick a better foster home for her than the Falcones, like maybe a nice upper middle class family in the suburbs.
