Yes, but my point is, this is Mad Magazine we're talking about here. Mad Magazine! The once-great institution that sold its soul to the juggernauts of corporate expediency, and hasn't had a believable parody within its pages for nigh-on fifteen years now (or so is my impression, anyway, from my admittedly limited perusal of its back issues). Seeing a deft dissection and parody of an issue from Mad Magazine is just kind of rattling - it's like seeing the local drunken redneck attending a ballet.
