I beg to differ. Unlike a suicide bomber, she had lived with this man for months, perhaps over a year, and she decides to poison him. Shade in another scenario had made friends with a Ludlow and that man decided to kill himself rather than kill Swift. This woman "loved him" but didn't have the ovaries to let love overrule hate?
She is tragic I think, like all Ludlows (the entire family's opinion of the Shade is a tragedy in itself), but I still think she made a poor decision.
