Name one lasting change he's made in the past five years that compares to anything Morrison's done.
A damn kickass Riddler revamp (of course we're using a different definition of "lasting" here, since nothing lasts forever in comics)? I'd also throw in Legends of the Dark Mite, but since you have a low opinion of "kids shows" and think Harley Quinn is the "Jar Jar Binks of Batman", I doubt you'd care for it's charm.
Batman is dead; Brought to us, at least in part, by Didio.
Gotham is overrun with new villains So? There have been new villains in Gotham before. And no writer but Morrison is playing up the "they've overrun the city" angle. Detective introduces Batwoman as an alternate protector and fits her within the structure of the reformed Bat-verse
So Greg Rucka's Batwoman is somehow Morrison's doing? You want to maybe give Morrison credit for Manhunter too, while you're at it? Rucka was going to write a Batwoman story one way or another. Morrison provided a convenient opening, nothing more.
