Continuity is all up the pole at the moment - it's yet to be revealed just how messed up the characters' respective memories are.
Peter remembers. If Felicia remembers that their relationship was deeper, and yet, still asked him not to reveal his ID to her, then that makes her look like an unfeeling bitch, and him like a loser without any self-respect, for being willing to have her shit on his emotions that way, just so he can get some pussy. If Felicia DOESN'T remember, then by choosing not to tell her, even if she doesn't want to know, Peter is basically taking away her autonomy, and mentally crippling her. Again, it's like Superman giving Lois Lane the "memory kiss" at the end of Superman II - he took away her memories in the first place without her consent (unless it's revealed that Black Cat was in on the memory retcon), and now, he's actively keeping her mentally and emotionally stunted, given the growth that she did in both areas as a direct result of knowing his identity.
Black Cat's memories are obviously extremely vague, and Peter's may be, too - I could be wrong, but I don't think he's so much as said her real name yet, has he?
Why on Earth would he have forgotten her identity? There is absolutely nothing, in any conceivable reading of what we know about the memory-wipe deal so far, to suggest that Peter forgot about anything other than Mephisto and the marriage. You're seriously reaching for excuses here.
well, if that's true, then why are they teaming up during the rest of the issue?
Internally inconsistent dogshit writing. Why would Michelle want to know if Peter still had feelings for her, even after telling him that he's a fucking pig? Why would Peter, who has NEVER gone on the sauce heavily before, in spite of FAR worse traumas, suddenly get BLACKOUT drunk at the mere SIGHT of his ex? Why the hell does Felicia think that she started dating Flash, if not to make Peter jealous?
None of these characters are behaving anything like actual human beings - they are all cardboard cutout plot constructs, whose only reasons for doing anything are because The Writers Say So, and I truly do believe that writing in which the plot dictates the characterizations, rather than the other way around, is EVIL.
