See, that's not disturbing. Voices can be one of the most comforting things. People talk to plants and in utero babies. My grandma died in 1996, and we didn't have any video of her or anything, and I don't remember her voice. That sucks. I'd love to hear it. My father-in-law died last year and my husband had two messages from him on his voice mail, and then they were auto-deleted for being too old and he cried for an hour about it.
Recorded voices are a way to stay connected with someone even after they're gone. It's cool.
