Dick lets him go free to interrogate the Penguin. Which then afterwards dick goes confronts Penguin himself. Becuase Vigilant never came back after finishing his business.

	Which is particularly depressing considering how he had Dick repeatedly jobbed by Vigilante during his Nightwing run. Now he can't even get inpsired over his own creation. And never mind the fact he also kidnapped and beat up Dick Grayson, does Dick know that Vigilante assaulted the Titans and carved out Jericho's eyes, amongst other crimes? (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I think that's why he's being canceled so quickly unlike Blue Beetle or Manhunter - both of those series really rang with the readers, whereas this one feels really bland. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
