At the call of attention she'd spun around in half a panic. Seeing the cop, whose name she honestly didn't know beyond the fact he was one of the few she put in Dunkin Donuts for laughs, made her frown. She held her instrument a touch tighter and stepped, noticeably so, out of arm's reach. She had no plans to get arrested today.
But then she realized he was smiling so she raised a eyebrow, useless as it was under her mask, then smirked. "You do know you're not actually supposed to like me right? Did you miss that part?" Secretly she was glad even one of them did though. At least they were getting somewhere. "Also, no. Promise. It's not about me today. It's about everyone here. Even if it's all government sanctioned and probably scripted to hell. Surprised the Stripes haven't come around to PR yet."
