That's what I think, too. But in reality it doesn't really work like that.

... I tried it, once. Getting my team and another to put aside their differences and work together. But all that ends up happening is that those who hold the grudges continue to hold them, and end up feeling like they're being judged by you for asking them to get over something they can't possibly put aside. Everyone ends up resentful of one another, thinking that "they can't possibly understand."

	Do we need to understand each other? If something bad happens, if someone else can't put it behind them and be friends with everyone... I could accept that. But when we are up against something like the Judges, surely simple grudges must take the backseat? Even if we don't have to like each other, we have to work with each other or we will get nowhere. 	And what happens when every team doesn't agree on the best way to deal with the judges? If there's one thing I've learned about being here, it's that you can't make people co-operate.
