Can we-- can we just not have this argument here? At least for now? The past is in the past, and the Count isn't here. Maybe once upon a time I would have continued arguing until we both stormed off red faced and out of breath, but...

We aren't going to agree. We've had this argument before. More than once. I don't want to have it again when it's only your second day here. It's stupid.

... When I first got here, I argued with my team a lot. Almost constantly. It got to the point where Scowl thought I hated him because I would argue and question his every move, even though that wasn't the case at all. I didn't-- and still don't-- agree with some of the things he said or thought or did, but he's still someone very important to me. He overworks himself constantly-- you saw him in here yesterday. He takes on responsibility for the whole team. He was constantly trying to protect me even when he thought I hated him. It's ... irritating at times, to be constantly looked down upon like that. But I can't ignore anymore that his heart is always in the right place. My opinions suddenly weren't as important as repairing the damage to our frayed relationship. So ... I guess you could say I've just learned which battles are worth fighting.
