	It gets crazier, but we can save the really weird stuff for the advanced lecture. Anyway, there are sixteen teams that compete in the Games, divided by color. We're partners, which is why your dorm's connected to ours. We're allowed to work together in a lot of the Games, and we watch out for each other outside them. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It's not all that accurate anyway, honestly, except for the part where we did this willingly and compete in the Games. We didn't always have partner teams, and they never changed the wall when they added them...probably because 'no other can thou trust' sounds more dramatic. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

They used to be worshipped as gods on this plane; to make a long story short, the surface isn't exactly inhabitable anymore, and they moved down here and started dragging people in from around the multiverse. A few of them are decent, a few of them are seriously insane, and most are unpleasant but in predictable ways. I'll give you the list when we're done covering basics.

	Mostly, people throw out a bunch of suggestions and they pick one that sounds good, or they choose one that represents something they aspire to. Some teams have themes -- Pyxis was all birds for a while, so they had Crow and Raven and Dove. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It's a big predator, native to a couple of planes I've heard of. Not very bright, but very hard to stop. holds out a hand, and a small transparent image of this forms above it. Like that, only about the size of a dorm or bigger. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Let me know if there's something major I'm missing.

Let's see...I've covered teams and Judges, basically; I'll give you more details on those in a bit. We don't get a lot of support out here, so food comes from hunting and gathering, and tools are what we make, mostly. There are ways to win back useful things; the Judges have a team of their own called Ophiuchus as servants and enforcers, and sometimes they give teams missions in return for tools or weapons or things from our previous lives. It's not a good idea to rely on that, though, so mostly we make do on our own.
