Who: Any
Where: At the base of the great mountain
When: King's Year 199, early autumn
What:

[The great mountain is the largest mountain on the content known as the First Land. It is a marker that can be seen over most of the lands of Pyxis and Canis for its inspiring height. The crystal city, in all of its marvels is built into the western side of it, perhaps a fourth of the way up in a valley between it and the nearest mountain.

Its peak is obscured by the clouds, and no traveler or climber ascending to its great top has ever come back alive, leading most to simply accept that it was a dwelling place of the Gods and thus, no place for man or his ilk.

Today, at its base, a priest is pouring over detailed construction plans that seem to shift and expand under their own magic as he pens in the countries and supplies as they come in.

Great flags of black are set in an enormous circle, stretching out of sight in an enormous circle, and far into the lands that are considered Pyxis.

A great deal of shelters are set up, most tent at the moment, within the circle. Food and water getting the first stone structures erected and thus far are without guard.

A young Ophiuchus of Caduceus cut greets you as you approach, and waves you to the table that the hooded, red lined priest sits.]

His excellency has requested you report directly to him. Please hurry and send your representative.

[watching him—and sucks in a sharp breath at the look of his arm. He hadn't expected it to be so terrible and straightens from having been about to sit down]

Shit—Allen. Do you need more water?

Ours is starting to run low . . . I don't know what supplies here are like.

The Oracle said there was a central supply with sealed containers. . .

I will make a judgment there, whether to remove them completely.

[sits down while he drinks, groaning in relief at finally getting off his feet]

. . . You should rest before you go check on it. It's been a long journey.

Here's fine, isn't it? Though if you want to be with your family . . . Especially now that they're finally well after that trip.

Ah. . . now that they're well. . . I'd rather not scare them. This may be looking much better in even half an hour, if it takes. . .
