	[since Lepus architecture seems to spiral bizarrely down from the surface, into great underground caverns... also this is weird timing, but he's not going to question it after just announcing he trusts you entirely] The rooms on the lowest level, the heat from surface can't possibly be reaching that far down and staying so ridiculously strong. I'm sure we'll find it nicer than up here, much cooler and much more secluded.

[if Umnis permits him, he's going to try steering him over to the lift, which hasn't been used in a while, since Mikhail stays mostly on the top three floors, (the main hall, the master suite, and the lab, all the rooms in his place existing bizarrely on their own floor, like a precarious stack of library books completely unsorted by size) and the stairs are less of a hassle than waiting for the lift to come up from whichever floor it was last at]
