[Ticky is not quite 15 yet. Not that he knows that since he isn't really sure how old he is. He's an adult IN HIS HEART and has been making it neatly on his own for a while. Since he stowed away on a passenger ship this time, he can usually be about during the day without anyone realizing he isn't meant to be here.

This also seems like a good time to gank some smiling moron's purse]
