It was simply a proposal, and you are more than welcome to counter it if you wish. I am not familiar with your preferences and desires, but returning to my team impaired is something I would prefer to avoid since that is what I am attempting to correct.

That said, I would be more than willing to assist you in any way, and I will do everything in my ability to make sure it is done precisely to your specifications.
