It's definitely combat oriented, too, and makes good use of strong points — deception, speed and flexibility, and using momentum to her advantage.]

[Winces a bit by the end of it, but she manages to avoid a stumble. Immediately looks back at Sparta.]

Decently fluid, dynamic... [But TEACHER MODE KICKS IN.]

Keep your center of balance more stable. If your knees are out, you aren't going to be able to improvise. That's for beating the shit out of someone right? You have to be able to anticipate them fighting back. Keep off your heels, that's where you change your direction the fastest and can put the most power into a hit.

... Second, toss em back over, we're going to see someone.
