Who: Anyone
Where: Outside of the angerdome
When: Day 148, noon
What:

[Scattered around the roof of Hydra are several crude tools made of bone, leather and stone and a few papers with rather technical designs on it. Claude's handiwork, for any staring at them, might be recognizable and lays largely untouched, however, in the margins, on the back, on several adjoining sheets are designs on implementing THOSE plans. Equations, materials, notes on experiments and results... all scattered throughout the pages in several handwritings and more than one language.

This obviously hasn't been an overnight project, nor anywhere near completed either...

However, what may have grabbed your attention is the groan of wood as they crank back the catapult for another test.]

... That might be the limit.. adjust the tension or just wait until we can really mess with the angle?

Really? ... I think I'd like that. If it's not too much trouble.

[Puts a few of the first designs in front of Albert]

This is the arm, and the base... ah the base looks different because we have different means of rotation planned out...

[Looking at them intently for a bit, as if trying to make sense of them]

... Huh. What're you planning to do with the base, then?

We need a way to get it to rotate!

It's got the power, but not the maneuverability.

So... what's wrong with the plans that're written on here?

In what sense? We don't have them?

Yeah, if we had another source of wood or even alloys this would be so much easier.

[Hang on, volunteering to get launched~]

You can't be serious.

Oh no, I'm pretty sure this is the worst possible idea.

[This does not seem to dampen his cheer at ALL.]

Absolutely am. We both agree it would be amazing.
