It's a pretty normal sight, until you realize his hands have been cut off at the wrist and are hanging on a rope slung around his neck.]

	It's his Noah ability. He can choose what to touch or not touch, what is or ain't there. So he can reach through anythin' to touch anythin', or take anythin' apart just by ignorin' what's keeping it together. With somethin' like that... 's almost so easy it don't even seem violent.
