Tasuki has left with the Foreman
Takeuchi Sora will now be on Ophiuchus

There are still two Ophiuchus apps in queue.
No regular apps in queue and no current openings!

ETA: Sasarai has also left with the Foreman, and
Lord Il Palazzo will be remaining with Persona indefinitely ;o;

The open Ophiuchus slot will be dealt with next week.
