Claiming Monday, January 31st (7:30 PM EST / 9:30 AM JST mingle; game START at 8:30 PM EST / 10:30 AM JST) for a loser game! It will be a Mirror/Horn game, aww yis. But don't worry, there will be no penalties involved since idk how to work that with loser games and frankly I don't want the headache. This will be made clear ICly somehow. Non-loser teams will probably be allowed to play, but as usual, only losing teams will be allowed to win, etc. I'll decide for sure after Haunted's game is done. :|d Game should be relatively low-impact; I can't promise a complete lack of mental trauma due to it being Mirror and Horn, but there will be no violence annnd the tone will be humorous.

For now, what I need from all of you are your answers to a serious poll! Please consider the following:

1) What is your character feeling most guilty about right now? It can be minor ("I ate Jake's jerky when he wasn't looking and I feel bad") or major ("I let my team die in a game and I hate myself forever") or anything in between. Multiple answers are fine! In fact, they're in encouraged, because they'll make my life easier.

ETA: "guilts" do not necessarily have to be strict "I am guilty over this" things; you can also list doubts, insecurities, etc. Also, these things will be said out loud for everyone to hear, so don't put anything you don't want getting out.

2) On a scale of 1 to 10, how much does your character obsess over guilt? 1 being "I am a psychopath with no morals", 5 being relatively average, 7.5 being Catholics, and 10 being "I am the unholy child of Allen Walker, every CLAMP protagonist ever, and also I'm probably related to Jesus." (AKA be reasonable, and don't put a 1 or a 10 unless you really, really mean it.)

The sooner you fill this out, the easier collecting all the data becomes for me.

Zel
1. Zel's major guilt was that he came here for a 'dumb' reason, and that ultimately, Sabra wasn't worth it. He suspects he came here to become human again, but being messed around by Judges (Mirror and Surgeon mostly) makes him really insecure about letting them do anything permanent to him. Plus, lost a friend from home to the Pillar, not to mention his friends here. He's accepted he can't control the Pillar, but it bothers him.
2. 5. Zel's normally a 3 or so -- not quite on the psychopath scale -- but Sabra is forcing him to give a damn.

Akin
1. Not being helpful. Akin feels like Canis's lack of wins is partly his fault, and he feels like he should do something about Jace's worries about everything. That and he feels like Ursa's arrival means he has to step up and be an adult (more than normal), because he's no longer the new person. He's yet to have a truly bad game, and the Pillar feels like it's beyond his control.
2. 7. Mostly due to being pretty group-oriented.

1. From memories, he feels guilty about fucking up and destroying Al's body, and failing to protect Ling. From Sabra... not being a good enough teammate is always at the top. Not being useful to anyone, not being able to do enough in games, not being able to do enough outside of games.

2. If 5 is average, then probably about a 6 or so. It bothers him, but not to a Catholic degree.

Bones
1. He's feeling most guilty about the whole "I euthanized my dad" thing.

2. 7; Bones is the bleeding heart of the TOS trio, after all, and he often beats himself up over his failures to help someone medically. He's good at distinguishing when there's literally nothing he could do to help them, but we still see him agonizing over blinding Spock that one time, and so on. Besides, this is the series in which the crew will destroy a hostile god-like being and then proceed to be all sad and "What have we done?" on a regular basis.

Miranda
1) She has dozens of little things she feels twinges of guilt about on a regular basis. These include anyghing from being guilty over making a bad meal to breaking pottery to just about any small mishap you can think of. Most of these are entirely unimportant. She also has a lot of guilt about not being able to help Pyxis much and not really fitting on the team. Since her last memory though, she's got some major guilt about the woeboat's crew -- she wasn't able to protect them, she couldn't save them, they died because they were helping the Exorcists.
2) Her guilt is on an average day about a 7. At the moment, it's hitting upwards of 9.5 or better.

Stephan
1) He has a lot of guilt about failing his team and especially about failing Master. There's also some major guilt about needing blood to survive.
2) His level though is generally pretty low -- about a 5. It would of course SKYROCKET if he actually remembered being Catholic :|aaaaa

1. maybe Sasuke wouldn't be in the Pillar if I hadn't been such a terrible brother(/person), stabbing Rolo's head while in Rolo's head and forgetting to tell him about it whups), general "Why didn't I keep a closer eye on Bond now he's dead! :((((", some vague background stuff about what he possibly/probably did pre-Sabra. That last thing is currently taking a bit of a backseat to everything else at the moment.

2. The Sasuke and Bond thing are really recent developments, so I'd say he's up at a 8 or so right now. Might go up or down a bit depending on whether we get Bond revived before the game and how the revival goes.

Red
1. Guilt about being a bad bookman/human being. And being a liar. Some other things too but...
2. He's at a 4-5 with guilt. Most of his distress cuz from self doubts and self hate. Emotional insecurities rather than guilt.

Arson
1. Replacing missing Vulps, mostly.
2. But its a 3 cuz its not his fucking fault. Right now he doesn't have much to feel guilty about. this will spike with certain memories :')

Whups late. Guess I'll just play with Mikazuki since he's on a loser team :|a

1) I... honestly can't think of anything. The only major insecurity that he has in canon is one he doesn't remember yet or has any idea that he has in Sabra. Can we do really minor flippant regrets? Cause I think that's the best I'm gonna get for him. Like "I didn't eat as much as I wanted at dinner" or "I didn't get to fight anyone today". I'll keep thinking about it though.

2) 2 I guess? He does what he believes in and if he's done the best that he can he doesn't feel bad about it. And if something he feels bad about has happened he bounces back really fast from it.

THINGS HE COULD FEEL GUILTY ABOUT BUT DOESN'T:
-His comrade, who was only a teenager, dying in battle (his memory is of killing the golem that killed the kid along with everyone else)
-Scaring Parrotman into the lake when he had ghost sickness

AAAAH so late sorry.

Badger:
1. Not so much guilt as his constant self-doubt. IS A LAWYER. Can't really do much. Wants to keep Bunnycorn together but feels he's pretty fail-y at that. Has been here SO LONG and doesn't get why, but is starting to feel like he's supposed to stay here and that's WRONG. Am only good for cleaning and writing things. blah blah useless lawyer.

This is about a 3-4 thanks to occassional accidental pep talks but it's always there :I

Boomer:
1. I GUESS EATING THINGS WHEN I FIRST WOKE UP 8|a

Uuuh just a 2-ish since he's like man I didn't know what was going on screw you guys >8I

Oh yes and also re Badger: the fact that he seems to have a habit for working for semi-terrible people, but I guess he's becoming zen with that.

1) Not being able to keep his people safe, not being a good enough partner. That second one is technically more of a worry than a fear, but. Anything else has too much potential for trauma and badness.

2) Aaaverage/5? He's not Catholic about any of this, especially after partnerswap, though it would be up to 6 or more if Canis was still paired in Lacerta.

YES I KNOW THIS IS LATE I am easily distracted shut up >_>

1. ....haha man like. everything and nothing at the same time. /o/ MOSTLY lately just feeling bad when like. Canis loses yet another game/something goes wrong/etc, because despite his attitude he totally has some self-confidence issues and will worry that it's because HE screwed up somehow.

2. ...probably 3ish? He is quite self-centered and is v. good at distracting himself/repressing when needed most the time. |Db

Kon
1. Uh... Dying that heart game right after telling Red he'd take care of himself. Maybe failing at making Red feel better after. Also not being huggable enough.

2. err, 4ish? Not really a guilt kind of guy.

Blood

1. IN GENERAL she feels guilt for her first pillaring, even if she doesn't remember having done it willingly. Recently, she was NOT THERE!! for her team and Pygnus. Some were Pillared. EVEN THE NEW GIRL has pillar trauma geeze.

2. Nnnnot much? I would say probably about a 5-6, since she's just not very good at people feelings in general.

Amy

1. A liiiitttle regarding so much teasing of Rory, but she's mostly willfully ignoring what she should feel guilty about there so it's low.

2. Amy is ACES at getting over guilt. Like a 3 maybe? Not so little as to be sociopathic, but very healthily low.

Claude

1. In general feeling like he can't protect his loved ones from horrible things/help fix them when they're broken. Also causing his team to WORRY over the past few stupid things he did (Mirrornalty incident, OldSabra craziness). Also possibly cheating on The Important Person Of His Memories??

2. 5-8? He does obsess about it sometimes when he starts thinking about it but tries to focus more on 'what can I do about this' than wallow in a puddle of gloom? 8|a Higher end when there's nothing to be done about it!
