Reggie was the first to admit that he forgot to do things a lot, like simple things such as locking his door, but he really didn't expect anyone to come into his room without doing something like knocking, either. Then again, Reggie was a man with few personal boundaries, so, unless he was busy in some private way, he really didn't care.
That didn't mean that he wouldn't be startled by someone walking into his room, sneaking up a bit on him, and blowing in his face. He hadn't exactly been in a dead sleep or anything, so it wasn't hard to wake up, but he did jump slightly when he realized that someone was pretty much directly in his face.
When he realized who it was, he laughed, sitting up slightly on the bed and leaning against the wall. "Well, if it's not my favorite lady in the place," he said to her. He hadn't seen her in the past few days, but he had the feeling that she was keeping herself busy in some way or another. God only knew how. "What brings you by my humble abode?" He hadn't even realized she knew which room he lived in. Of course, she could have just randomly wandered into any room and it happened to be his. She seemed the type.
