I understand how you feel because I think it's how all 30 something's feel.
I had someone in their twenties telling me that I was alienating them. But this community is most definitely NOT about that. It's not about not wanting to write with people that is in their twenties...
It's about finding people who wants to write and loves to plot. Who has the ability to communicate with their writing partner and tell them if they don't want to continue a line. Or drop them an email to tell them 'I'm sick and dying and eating only noodle soup' so I'll be tucked in bed for a few days. Just FYI!' lol (politeness)
You get it?
It's about how comunication used to be. How writing used to be. How equally exciting it was to plot as it was to actually have a PSL developed. Fleshed out and seen it through. Even if you could only post once a day because you were dead tired or sick. Or had to skip a day because work had drained you... You just didn't vanished.
So if that's the way you handle your writing, the way you treat your fellow writing partner/s. Fill in the application with an added sample of how you write and a possible entry starter, if you have any laying around your PC. Even if old.
And I'll approve you.
This community is not really about age. I put 30 because that was the decade I remember people used to communicate and used to have online manners. Communicated and finished SLs they started. But what I'm looking for- is for quality writers.
And let's be honest. There is not much to go from 28 until 30 😉
