In many ways it was inevitable. Elena died. After surviving kidnappings, numerous attempts on her life, and a ritual where her life was drained from her, she was killed in a car accident. Drowned in the water under Wickery Bridge, her last thoughts that this was where it all started. It's not where it ended. She woke up in transition and her friends trying to find a way to keep her human. It was a spell by Bonnie that found the way. Now, they are back at the beginning. A chance to make new choices and possibly avoid their fates, the dead are living again, school is about to start, and Elena Gilbert is alive. More importantly, unaware.
A mature Vampire Diaries role play beginning in the first season with a twist. Those killed before season 4 remember everything that happened up until Elena's death, as does Bonnie. Elena remembers meeting Damon and Stefan rescuing her.

For the first time in the history of the United States of America, the president has a little more to bring to the table than the average man. Gregory Chambers made history when he became the first openly supernatural president to take office. With that groundbreaking moment, however, everything in the country is about to change. Will the supernatural people of the United States be less oppressed than they have been in the past? How will this one man change the world and will it be for better or for worse?

The little town of Duskwood was just a normal every day town until the newly elected president put it on the map. For just over ten and a half months, the Orient Express has been designated a run-away. While the staff and designers were working diligently to retrieve their rogue express, the train itself is thwarting their plans. How, after all, do you track down a single train that can be anywhere, anywhen, in any number of realities across all the known verses? It’s a great big space out there, and they can’t search it all. Besides that, their funding was cut, leaving the victims of the train stranded and on their own.
Meanwhile, the train is certainly giving the passengers a ride. From hallucinogenic gases to a murderer on board, to realities where there’s no breathable air to worlds that contain things of legend and mythos, the passengers are helpless to direct the run away train and must simply hang on and adapt as well as they can.
Between cabin fever, clashing personalities, and on-board shenanigans that don’t exactly bring a grin to everyone’s face, the passengers are forced to contend with situations outside of their daily norm. Future meets past, magic clashes with technology, and everyone is tangled up in the ever-changing environment of the train. Are you brave enough to come along for the ride?

Orient Express is a relatively quickly paced, thread-heavy panfandom game set aboard a time-traveling, reality-hopping luxury train. The game’s been running strong since its opening in November of 2011.

In 2012, the first infected appeared in London. In 2013, it had completely taken Europe. By 2014, it spread to the United States.
By 2016, the entire world was deemed a lost cause. Cities that formerly housed hustling and bustling business, bright lights and constant activity are shells of their former selves. Electricity for the masses is a near-lost memory and now the only places that hold electricity are "safe havens" like shelters or churches. There are no more new cars or cushy apartments.
What little freedoms the infected didn't take away, the government destroyed. People deemed "immune," people who didn't turn when bitten, were forced into servitude. Those who had yet to be bitten had the option to help out as well. Immune, and non-immune helpers, were pushed to the brink of exhaustion by the power hungry government, who sat safely in their safe areas.
It's 2019 now, and finally, people started to get tired of the games. A small pocket of resistance, residing in New York City, formulated a plan and have created a true "safe haven" in Sing Sing Correctional Facility. No government, and a true safe haven behind walls that no infected can scale. After six years of oppression, a change has finally begun.
But can the safety last? |
