The news team at NBC Chicago spends their lives bringing viewers the ins and outs of the sparkling city on Lake Michigan. At NBC Chicago, you'll follow the lives on the on-air teams in the morning, afternoon, and night. They keep you up to date on local and national news, up-to-the-minute traffic and weather reports, up-to-date on local sports teams and give you the latest medical and health news. Of course, no on-air team would work without the dedication from the behind-the-scenes crew that's at-the-ready from dawn until well after midnight. [27 Jul 2011|03:48pm] PREMISE | RULES | FAQ | CAST | APPLY In 2010, the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office of the Ministry of Magic finally granted permission for the next wave of muggle electronics -- the television -- to be studied and modified with magic. Ten years later, there was a telly in the home of every witch and wizard with programming ranging from goblin talk shows to galleon game shows to dramas, comedies, music videos, and even movies. More recently, 2021 saw the advent of reality shows, like The Fashion Show and Love Potion No. 9. Get Real! was conceived by Maximus Trimble and Rhonda Roads as a way to appeal to the teenage demographic as well as pull in an older crowd on the strength of nostalgia. It's a reality TV show all about the life of the "average" Hogwarts student and the drama, laughs, and loves that blossom between them. Season 1 begins filming this school year. By proxy of returning to school this year all students and parents have given their permission to be featured and/or mentioned on the programme. Premise Cast List FAQ Rules Apply Three years after an asteroid struck Earth and two years after the end of the Long Winter it caused, 90% of humanity is dead. A new world struggles to rise from the ashes of the old, though chaos and anarchy still reign. Bandits, slavers, and cannibals prey on the unwary or those that stray too close to the ruins of the big cities by themselves. There are spots of light in the darkness, however, as other groups of people attempt to live peaceable lives and rebuild society. After Impact is a brand new post apocalyptic RPG dealing with the struggle to create a new life three years after an asteroid strike wiped out civilization and most of humanity.
