Nocturnality - A Victorian era Vampire Chronicles RPG You've seen Interview with the Vampire, you've read The Vampire Lestat. But what if things had played out differently? One minute decision made on a whim can change a life or even the course of history.
Lestat de Lioncourt was instructed to live out one mortal lifetime. "To forstall it may be to lose everything," Marius had said. This Lestat did and this story you know. Clauda, Louis, Lestat- a charade of a family built upon secrets and destroyed in a single night full of flames. But what if Lestat- burnt and beaten- had sought solace somewhere other than in one who harbored him such resentment? What if he had been unable to raise his blackened and shriveled hand to knock upon the doors of the Théâtre des Vampires and instead slunk shamed and defeated into the Paris night where his plans of going to ground were once again interrupted by an immortal with pale eyes and kind hands. What would this change?
Well and alive, Claudia and Madeline move on. Lestat, reunited with Marius, travels to find a fledgling that has sought solace in one that hates him. Nicolas, thought to be dead, haunts Paris like a phantom. The year is 1862. Reunions, discoveries, a whole world on the cusp of change- what will you find here? Join Nocturnality and find out!
Nocturnality is an alternate universe plot-deviation game, meaning that the events of the game timeline deviate from the canon events of the series and head in a player decided direction. | GAME INFO RESERVES TAKEN APPLICATION WANTED

It's 1999 and Wizarding Britain is a very different place. Voldemort controls a puppet Ministry and is seeking to expand his grasp into Europe and, eventually, the world. But he is not unopposed. There are many resistance groups working to keep him from accomplishing his goal and, among these, there is one that stands out from the crowd: The Order of the Phoenix.
Secreting Muggleborns out of the country to keep them from enduring the horrors of Ministry-run "work camps", the Order is fighting a losing battle. Their last hope lies with a carefully guarded secret: The identity and location of The Prophesied One.
Sic Infit explores the possibilities of what could have happened had James and Lily Potter stuck with Sirius as their Secret Keeper. What could have happened if Harry had never become The Boy Who Lived? What if Lord Voldemort had actually won?

Premise//Rules//Characters// FAQ //Reserved//Application//Friend All//Contacts//Comments Xavier Memorial Institute the pacific coast is calling An AU X-Men RPG The nation was stunned when it was revealed that Graydon Creed killed Professor Charles Xavier on live television to prove he was a mutant. Public outcry against the acts perpetrated by the organization known as the 'Friends of Humanity' allowed several laws to be passed in favor of mutant rights. That was more than a decade ago, in that time the realm of politics has come to an impasse. Amidst the political stalemate there was a heavy push by many parents to have mutant children removed from the school systems. The Xavier Institute could no longer provide the necessary facilities for so many mutants, adult and child alike. Ororo Munroe, the new head of the Institute, and Hank McCoy went before the Senate and House and asked that a second school be funded on the West Coast. Senator Raymond F. Donaldson, a democrat from California and the first mutant on the senate, helped to push the funding through. Thus the Xavier Memorial Institute was born.
XMI is an AU X-men game set in modern day California. It is meant to be a place where OCs may flourish, new stories can be written and those who have moved to the west coast may begin again. The school grounds, commonly referred to as Mutant Island, house both a high school and a university as well as a training facility. It is also the facility which houses the mutant team Legacy. The game is open to mutants age 16+, canon and original characters are both welcome. The game hopes to combine the social and political aspects of life as a mutant with the dangers that come from living in a world where humans, mutants, and things only classified as 'other' coexist.
Game Opens August 21st! Contact Information: Email or PM through this journal.

Hellfire Haven |

Welcome to the Hellfire Club. |
The existence of mutants is one of the hot issues of the day, capturing significant amounts of speculative attention from the media, though there is no firm verdict as to whether mutants are real or not. For perhaps most people, these stories of mutants seem a little too fantastic to be real or, even if they were, they seem like minor concerns compared to the issues and problems of their everyday lives.
For Sebastian Shaw, however, the issue of superhuman genetic mutation is not an abstract one, but a deeply personal one. There is a new community of superpowered individuals emerging in the world, one that is still small but already too numerous and powerful to ignore. It was with this in mind that Sebastian created the Hellfire Club, a place where mutants of all types could meet and network freely, without fear of discovery or the hysteric, fearful reactions of others.
The Hellfire Club is the linchpin of an ambitious plan to create a thriving mutant community in New York City, but like all open meeting places, it is home to many sorts of individuals. Many simply come for a sense of community or for a good time. Others come to quietly strike deals with other mutants, or with Sebastian and his personal circle. For all these people and many others, the Hellfire Club is open for business and pleasure.
Which are you in for?
