Ever want to save the world?
Kapow! is a rpg based on a simple concept; Superheroes. And supervillains too, I guess. They'd probably send a nasty letter if we left them out, wouldn't they?
A new RPG looking for members, Kapow! is a place full of crack-filled fun for the most part. Superheroes, supervillains, and even civilians are needed! Although Kapow! is predominantly driven by social-interaction between characters, there will be specific plots every so often which affect the whole community.
Come and join us in a world of utility belts and freeze-rays, product placements on jet-packs and earth-quake machines.

Character profile - can be as brief or in depth as you like.
PB: (To avoid crossovers)
Name:
Occupation;
Appearance/Description: (inc. age, looks, dress style etc...)
Personality: (How do they act? What drives them? Are they easy-going/cynical/homicidal etc...)
How people on the island/voyage see them: (How do they portray themselves for others to see? Do all the characters see them in the same light? Are they more likely to be nicer to women or children? Are they an outsider? Do they try to act nicer than they really are?)
Character Traits/skills: (What are they good at? What natural attributes do they possess? Are they strong/intelligent/agile/funny/sensitive etc..?)
Character Flaws/disadvantages: (What are they not good at? Do they have any personality/mental disorders? Allergies? Illnesses? Anything.)
History : (What did they do prior to getting on the ship? What was their childhood like? Do they have family? Why are they on the cruise?)
Secret (If any): (It would be nice for characters to have at least one thing (no matter how small or trivial) that they want kept secret from all the other characters. This secret will be gradually revealed in the game and will play a key point in the plot - players will know about it but characters must be oblivious to it.
Examples: A disorder of some kind? Are they a criminal? Killed someone? Drug addict? Endless possibilities.)
Equipment: (What do they have on them? NOTE: Not all items will be accepted AND some items will be lost during the shipwreck, so if there's anything important that you don't want to be lost make sure you let me know.)

i would like Summer Glau, Gemma Ward, Yulia Volkov, Ueta Aya, Hugh Laurie, Colin Farrel, Edward Furlong, Seth Green, and maybe Wentworth Miller for some of these lines. if the explanation of each line doesn't have a hold on it, it's free-for-all, first-come-first-serve. this is for school

schoolads has just been created, a community for advertising only school communities. This includes any school you can think of, PB, fandom, or celebrity AU, premade or original, and even city communities that include a school within in. For full information of what's accepted, check the userinfo, and for Pete's sake, get to promoting!
Also, if you know of a school community of any variety that has been around for a long time, is still active, and is seeking new players, PM me the name (to nextinline) and information for it and I'll probably include it in schoolads' user info.
