The town that never sleeps. It's a place of lights, though there are many places where the sun never touches. Underground clubs, brothels, even a few cults. And there are places for family and friends, enjoying their vacations and each other's company.
Many go there to escape the drudgery of their every day lives. Some go to gamble. Some go to get married. But some... have other reasons.
For the span of human history, two greats powers have an ongoing battle raging. Every five hundred years, one or the other chooses the place where they'll all go to survey humanity.
God and Satan.
This time around, it's Lucifer's choice as to where they'll hold the standpoint. And he's chosen none other that Las Vegas. Where better than the Sin City itself? While there, each party takes with them their virtues and sins alike. They stay in one spot, one place. Each patrol their own section, guiding and influencing those around them.
