Voldemort is long defeated and the wizarding world has returned to normal. Well.. almost. Not long after the fall of You-Know-Who, people began to appear from other times. People who had died, people who had not been born. The only real "pattern" was that there were no "copies" of the same person from another timeline - no one who is alive in the current time has appeared as their past or future self - and everyone seemed to be around the same age - anywhere from their early to late-twenties, for the most part. The first to appear was Lily Potter - looking the same age as him as Harry and his friends, but others soon followed. No one is quite sure how this came to be, but after a few years, they stopped questioning it. As if that wasn't strange enough, in the year 2000, a very clever wizard devised a way to use modern technology around magic. Witches and wizards all over acquired computers and cell phones and gradually began making their appearance on Twitter. By now, there seem to be more magical folks on Twitter than not. pottertweeting is an AU Harry Potter RPG, set in a world where technology has become a part of wizarding culture and where the primary mode of communication amongst magical folks has become Twitter.
