Imagine if Peter Pettigrew hadn't betrayed the Potters. The Order was already on the brink of defeat, a new death reported every day. What would happen if Voldemort remained unchecked, unable to find the one he claims as his rival? The Order lies in shambles, most of its members dead or in hiding. And slowly, Voldemort's vision of a perfect society began to take form ... Muggleborns were expelled from Hogwarts, as well as 'impure' halfbloods with too much Muggle blood. The Ministry was taken over, piece by piece, and while Dumbledore held onto Hogwarts with his fingertips, even that has been stripped and remade ...
The journals were created as a means of furthering propaganda and indoctrination, mandatory for all students. Adults too, use the journals to communicate. While some have made their way into the hands of surviving Order members, those cast out of society do not have access and thus cannot communicate with the rest of the world.

This is not your average MWPP game. No one's worried about defeating You-Know-Who. No one has any idea about horcruxes. No, these kids have a much bigger problem: surviving Hogwarts. We have Gryffindors running around looking like lions, Slytherins plotting pranks involving mice, Hufflepuffs rallying behind their own and a Muggle film night ending with spiked Pumpkin juice.
Hearts will be broken, interhouse wars will be fought and these kids are going to show those professors that this is the real world; their real world.

Pranksters is an AU MWPP roleplaying game set at Hogwarts in 1977, the Marauders' last year. While Voldemort exists, the war outside of the school is not a main focus of the game. Most canon characters are currently open for play.
