Many years have passed since the final battle raged at Hogwarts. The world has been at peace, but many post war efforts are still being put into place. Some efforts have taken years to go into effect and the newest one has yet to come into play. How will students react? Parents? We will all have to see.
What if the Hogwarts no longer had houses? Would it bring peace or cause disruption no one could have foreseen?

|  It is the year 2000 and even though the wizarding world is still trying to rebuild it's still in chaos. The death eaters that weren't thrown into the newly rebuilt Azkaban are now reformed citizens of the wizarding world or so you think. The new Minister of Magic has been selected, but there is still some corruption left in the ministry. Pure blood laws are being fought over everyday and there has already been multiple attempts on Harry's life since the end of the war and to most people, that last was a success. Harry is actually hidden safely in the Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts; only four people know where he is, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Charlie Weasley and Hagrid.
Another war is brewing and to most citizen of the Wizarding world are oblivious to the signs. To the rest of the world Harry Potter is dead, but there have been rumors that their hero still lives. When the time is right he will come back and restore order to the world that he chose to save. When will that time come? No one knows, not even Harry himself. He is just waiting for the sign, and when he feels the world is ready to be saved from the darkness it has plunged itself into, he will stand up once again and bring the light.

Hey folks! We're easy-going mods with high standards for quality and not much patience for drama. We just started up and need more players around before we can really do anything. We're rated R for potentially mature themes (this is a gritty game, and Very Bad Things might happen!) so we would prefer our players were 18+, but we don't require it. Quality and maturity always win out over age. We have a lot of plot planned, so we're hoping to get the ball rolling as soon as possible! Thanks in advance for your time.

Ever since being created back in the seventies Polari has been one of the many consistent gay magazines in London, never being listed as one of the top ones but never being shut down either. For nearly forty years this has never changed. Until now. After having no choice but sell the magazine due its financial difficulties, Polari has ended up as a property of a huge publishing company whose plan is to change the magazine completely. Make it the gay man’s Cosmo and FHM both collided in one. New staff has been hired to ensure that the magazine reaches it potential. The only few rules upon hiring staff so far have been that they have to be young, stylish and gay.

What happens to the old gods, once their temples have crumbled and their believers have abandoned them? Do they die, forsaken, alone? Or do they remain, still wandering the world, immortal, surviving off what little belief they can gather?
Forgotten Gods follows the lives of these old deities, brought to America long ago by explorers or immigrants from their homelands and eventually abandoned or lost from memory. As their worshippers moved on to new religions, the gods' powers waned - for a god, at its most pure essence, is no more than an idea, and an idea is worthless if there is nobody to believe in it. Some have passed, forgotten, from the world, while others have fallen into madness. Some have simply tried to adapt, to make a life for themselves in this place without gods, getting by on what little scraps of worship and belief they can garner. Others are more radical, attempting to regain the power that was once theirs, to revive their followings.
And then there are the New Gods. Gods of cars and computers, television and radio, cities and highways, all those things that modern Americans put their faith in. They are young, at the height of their power. These newcomers are regarded dismissively by some of the older gods, who have seen so many new deities rise and fall in their time; jealously by others, who wish to reclaim the power for their own; and by all with a deep wariness.
Inspired by the world of Neil Gaiman's American Gods, this game invites players to step into the roles of deities, old and new, to create their own modern mythology.

During the 1970's, the war between The Death Eaters and The Order of Phoenix raged on. People disappeared and entire families were killed by the hands of the Death Eaters and the Dark Lord Voldemort- and the Ministry of Magic stood nearly powerless to stop these massacres. The threat of pureblood society taking complete control over the Wizarding World rose, and Albus Dumbledore created the Order of the Phoenix. The blood shed and the body count between the two groups grew and grew while no progress was made on either side. A red scare ran throughout the Wizarding world; people who were even thought to be Death Eaters were convicted and killed without a fair trial.
The Dark Lord used his intelligence in the Ministry to gain what he believed would be the knowledge that would win the war. A prophecy about a child that would have the power to defeat him, and through much of his own research he discovered this child was born of Lily and James Potter. He set about trying to find the couple who had defied him three times and kill their son.
Lily and James were forewarned of the fate of their son, and managed to elude Lord Voldemort for a number of years- they did not stop living their lives. Not only did they have their son- but they also had a daughter while in hiding. They hoped the terror would stop and they would be able to return to their daily lives, it didn't. Peter Pettigrew, their secret keeper betrayed them and on the evening of October 31st, 1983- he came to Godric's Hollow to kill them.
Things did not go as planned, James Potter sacrificed his life for his family that night- and in doing so he killed Lord Voldemort. No one knows exactly what happened that night- he sent his wife and children into hiding, and as the house fell down around them they were able to barely escape and take refuge at Hogwarts until the storm could blow over.
With the Dark Lord Dead, though no body recovered- the Ministry was able to capture many of the most prominent Death Eaters and those who weren't killed were given life sentences in Azkaban- Peter Pettigrew included. The Potter's had become a famous family, and the fact that James Potter's widow was testifying made the trial a public spectacle. Some of these families were able to buy their way out of Azkaban, but their reputations were not unscathed.
The only trace of the Dark Lord was a package he left with the Lestrange family- containing a few items from the Founders of Hogwarts. There was no note, no instructions- just a few seemingly useless items.
Time went by, and the threat of the Death Eaters became something only remembered by History Books. The next generations started at Hogwarts, and it seemed that all was well in the Wizarding World.
But that was only for the time being..
The year is 1995 when Harry, Ron and Hermione return to Hogwarts to start their fifth year. No one has any idea what is in store for them.
The War has begun..

 Welcome to Eventide, a small town on the outskirts of the state of New York. Eventide is a peaceful sort of place, full of family houses, cozy apartments, pubs where they show Sunday night football, parks, and good schools. Oh! And it also happens to be the location of Imperial, a clever little second hand shop owned by a kind old woman named Matilda Craft. At least until poor old Matilda disappeared in the February of 2008…. Things haven’t exactly been the same in Eventide since Matilda’s disappearance caused Imperial to close down. Strange occurrences have been going on in Eventide, sometimes general and sometimes to individual people. There have been claims about unusual wild life being glimpsed in the neighborhoods. The strangest thing of all is the unusual invitations that have been sent to the homes of certain individuals. THE TRUTH; Matilda Craft was no regular old shopkeeper. She was a witch; And in the world known as The Craftlands she was known as Lady Daltima, The Craft Queen. Since the beginning of time The Craft Lands have existed; an unknown realm separated from the Earth we know, where magic and spells and mythical creatures really exist. Since its beginning The Craftlands have been ruled by The Craft King or Queen. And now it is time for a new ruler. Somehow Matilda has sent out invitations to select individuals of our realm, inviting them to compete for the chance to become the next Craft King or Queen. But these Candidates' jobs will not only be struggling to obtain this position, but they are also the only ones who can recapture the wild Spells and strange creatures that have been escaping The Craftlands into Earth. Only they can still the trouble and violence that has been brewing in The Craftlands. Congratulations; You have been nominated as a Craft Candidate.

Genetic mutation has always been a dirty little secret, one that wasn't easily kept. The government used to be in control of these anomalies, but there was a large jump in numbers at the turn of the millennium. More and more children were coming up with signs of genetic mutation, and blame was being placed everywhere it could be. Government testing, herbal supplements, a new enemy's war tactic, global warming, and the breakdown of the genetic structure itself. There was no explanation to give the families of those changed, and the government's only suggested cure was containment. (continued)
